Science Rendezvous this Saturday!

Science Rendezvous this Saturday!

May 11, 2018

ARI and BDEC are proud to be hosting the 4th Science Rendezvous in Inuvik. Come on out to the Elementary School this Saturday between 11am and 3pm to see the science behind our community!

There will be exhibits from over 30 local organizations, all with hands-on activities and experiments to try, and SWAG to take home. The aim of this event is to promote interest in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) among youth through fun, interactive exhibits. Come drive a robot, try an archaeological dig, get up close with local wildlife, make the invisible (heat and sound) visible, see what happens when art and technology collide, and more!

This event is free and family friendly. Every year we have an amazing turn out, so we hope to see you there.  For more information on this Canada-wide event, call me or visit www.sciencerendezvous.ca. Poster attached.
