Dinosaur Expert Dr. Donald Henderson in Fort Smith and Hay River October 2014

December 4, 2014

Dr. Donald Henderson is the Curator of Dinosaurs at the Royal Tyrell Museum in Drumheller, AB. He will be presenting in Fort Smith and Hay River on the Devonian Period - a time when fish had legs, there were 400 days in a year, the continents were in different places, and the NWT had coral reefs! He will also show how Devonian age rocks and fossils in the NWT (around Hay River) fit into the big picture.

Join us in Fort Smith and Hay River for this exciting presentation. Also, bring your fossils from home for a fossil ID session after the talk!

FORT SMITH: Tuesday, October 21, 2014, 7pm - Aurora College lobby (see poster)
HAY RIVER: Thursday, October 23, 2014, 7pm - Community Learning Centre (see poster)
