The Biomonitoring 2.0 Team is in Fort Smith!

ARI would like to welcome the Biomontioring 2.0 research team to the South Slave Research Centre in Fort Smith! Researcher Donald Baird and team members Stephanie Connor and Bev Hussey are working on phase two of the project, which aims to find new methods to monitor the health of important waterways. The research team has been out collecting samples on the Dog and Salt Rivers and will be participating in community outreach and knowledge sharing with summer students, local First Nations and other community members throughout the summer.
