Beaufort Sea Coastal Restoration Project 2018 Annual Research Update

In 2017, the Aurora Research Institute received funding from the Coastal Restoration Fund (Fisheries and Oceans Canada) to study permafrost thaw slumping on Kugmallit Bay and create a plan to mitigate the effects using local plant species. The 2018 annual research update gives an overview of the research conducted so far and outlines future work. You can read the report here
