Each year, the Aurora Research Institute awards funding in support of research in the NWT.
Two sources of funds are available: the Research Assistant Program provides up to $2,500 towards wages for hiring northern residents as research assistants, and the Research Fellowship Program provides up to $6,000 to help offset the expenses associated with northern research.
