Aurora Research Institute offers science programming for schools (all grades), day camps, and community groups.
We love to take classes out on environmental monitoring field trips. Classes have staff and researchers to assist with observing and monitoring benthic macroinvertebrates, fisheries, water quality and quantity, ice surveys, and habitat assessments. Field trips can be tailored to suit your needs. These are great for all ages, and directly support the NWT’s Experiential Science Curriculum.

If you are looking for an expert on a specific topic, give us a shout. We have access to researchers working in your communities and many are looking for opportunities to share their passion for science.
